BlackBerry tops iPhone in December US retail

Nokia Broadens Cost-Cutting Measures

Nokia said that it is taking more steps to reduce costs, including the new Voluntary Resignation Package. Nokia will offer the package starting March 1 until 1,000 workers accept it. Nokia is also encouraging the use of short unpaid leaves and sabbaticals. Nokia didn’t say how much it hopes to save.

Samsung unveils $200 Dual-Sim C5212

The 8MP camera phone Samsung Memoir starts to ship from T-Mobile today. Announced early February the Samsung Memoir from T-Mobile USA is now the highest resolution camera phone available in the US market.

Cricket Adds the Kyocera S1300 to its Lineup

Today Cricket announced that the Kyocera S1300 is now available in the recently launched Chicago metropolitan area.
