Sprint Completes Tower Sale

Sprint announced that it has completed the sale of is cellular towers to TowerCo for $670 million. It sold 3080 towers to TowerCo, which will take over the operation and maintenance costs of the towers. Sprint has also signed a leasing agreement to use the towers so it can continue to operate its cellular networks.
