Samsung A900 launched by Sprint

Sprint Nextel has launched the Samsung SPH-A900, a super-thin clamshell that competes the Motorola RAZR V3c head on. The A900 was called “the Blade” in rumors and is just one of several upcoming thin Samsung models.

Court says prior RIM/NTP settlement invalid

Sony Ericsson W600i launched by Cingular

Cingular Wireless today launched the Sony Ericsson W600i for general consumers. This is the first Walkman branded handset to gain a carrier deal in the US and is also the first real competition to the Motorola ROKR (read our review).
