Ericsson sues Sendo over patents

Ericsson has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Sendo. Suits were filed against Sendo in Britain (Sendo’s home country), Germany and the Netherlands. Ericsson is claiming Sendo is using patented GSM and GPRS technologies without a license:
