T-Mobile Germany has annnounced plans to launch push-to-talk over cellular or PoC, a Nokia standard for PTT. SecurityFocus notes that a company called Camophone has launched a service open to the public that allows caller ID to be spoofed. It costs 5ข a minute and is available to anyone with a PayPal account. There are obvious privacy and security concerns (voicemail systems that use caller ID as verification for example).
