T-Mobile USA has finally started to ship the Motorola V600. MobileTracker reviewed an unbranded Motorola V600 in May. The phone is selling for $299 without rebates from T-Mobile, contract needed.
You can purchase the V600 for as little as $49.99 after rebate from AT&T Wireless.
