Microsoft and Billionaire financier Icahn had a chat last week and the message to Yahoo is that Microsoft is still interested to reopen talks if Yahoo elects a new board.
Meanwhile The Times Online reports that Yahoo is talking again with Time Warner to fend of a Microsoft takeover.
