Typhoon Touch Technologies Adds Apple and 9 Others to Dell Suit

Palm Centro Comes to Verizon Wireless

Today Verizon Wireless and Palm announced that Verizon will begin selling the Palm Centro for $99 with a new contract. The Verizon version of the Centro is identical to the version that’s been available on Sprint’s network since late 2007. It will be available beginning tomorrow, Friday, June 13.

After those spy-shots, its time to give you a lowdown on what to expect from the new Palm Treo 850. According to friend of TamsPPC, “This is not the PalmOS version of the Centro.” Codenamed “Skywriter”, the device is a little wider, but much slimmer than the Centro.

Palm’s new Treo – the 800W has been spotted, and looks to be your regular no-frills Palm Treo. On the tech spec side, we know it’ll have the following specs: Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, QVGA Touchscreen, A-GPS support
US network operator Sprint should be picking up the 800W sometime in July.
