Vodafone UK are taking pre-orders for the HTC Magic, the world’s second Android powered handset. The blurb on the Vodafone order page says that pre-orders should be delivered by 5th May.

The handset is available for free if you sign up to at least a £30/per month 18 month contract, the £30/month presumably including an online discount Vodafone list alongside reasons to buy the handset.

Perhaps a little worryingly the section listing what comes with the handset in the box is rather sparse and doesn’t list such things as headphones, etc, but this is probably more an oversight than a serious omission.
