As part of a winter product launch, Sony Ericsson today announced the Z530i. The mid-level clamshell will not make it to the US thanks to the tri-band radio.

Features of the Z530i include:

• Bluetooth
• Memory Stick Micro slot
• USB 2.0

The Sony Ericsson Z530i is scheduled to begin shipping in the second quarter. Other new Sony Ericsson’s announced today include the K800i and W300i
