Sony Ericsson are gearing up for another round of product announcements on 4th June. Hot on the heels of last week’s unveilingof Yari, Aino and Satio Sony Ericsson look set to show off handsets that incorporate environmentally friendly technologies. You may remember Sony Ericsson’s GreenHeart prototype handset from last year (pictured below); it was an environmentally friendly handset that was designed to show-off how mobile phones could have a smaller impact on the environment.

The new handsets to be announced on the 4th will take some of the concepts and technologies developed for GreenHeart and apply them commercially. So good news for both gadget lovers and environmentalists come the 4th!
