BenQ launched several handsets this week at the CeBIT conference, including the P51. It’s a Windows Mobile 5.0 powered handset, similar in design to the Treo 700w. Over a year ago BenQ announced the P50, though its launch was riddled with delays.

Features of the BenQ P51 include:

• Quadband GSM
• Bluetooth/WiFi
• SDIO slot
• QVGA display with 65k colors
• 128MB flash memory
• QWERTY keyboard

BenQ is estimating a July 2006 launch for the P51.
