Today Verizon Wireless made the Samsung U550 available for sale. The U550 is a mid-range clamshell that has a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities, Bluetooth and a microSD slot for added storage. It has an EV-DO radio on board, so it is compatible with most of Verizon’s V CAST services. It will cost $70 after rebates and new two-year agreement. It is available both online and in retail stores beginning today.
