T-Mobile USA has launched the Samsung t319, another t-series clamshell that’s very similar to the previously launched t309 (both handsets are close relatives of the now discontinued E355).

Features of the t319 include:

• 128 × 160 pixel screen with 65K colors
• Tri-band GSM 850/1800/1900
• AIM/Yahoo/ICQ IM
• Speakerphone
• VGA camera

T-Mobile is selling the Samsung t319 for $39.99 after a one year contract and $110 in instant savings. It’s available now. The t309 is still shipping through T-Mobile for the same price point.
