Samsung today took the wraps off its RAZR lookalike, the Samsung SCH-V740. At 14.5mm thick, the V740 is only a half millimeter thicker than the Motorola RAZR V3, but it’s able to pack in a few more features:

• EV-DO high-speed data
• 1.3 megapixel camera
• 240 x 320 pixel 262K color display
• MP3 player with dedicated playback buttons on the outside
• Weighs 98 grams
• Bluetooth

The handset was shown off at Expo Comm Wireless Korea 2005 which is being held in Seoul. Motorola is also preparing a CDMA version of the RAZR which will begin selling in Korea next month.
