
Samsung has released a WiBro-communicator SWT-W100K in Korea. Packed in a 15.7 mm housing it provides wireless access to the Internet at up to 13 Mbps. There is a 4.3” WVGA touchscreen display. The company draws out attention to T-DMB digital broadcasting, built-in GPS-receiver, 8 GB of memory, Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0, 2-megapixel and VGA-cameras. Its media player supports MP4, Xvid, WMA and H.264. The communicator is already available in Korean stores at some 500 000-600 000 Won, i.e. $500-600.
