Samsung has announced a new low-end slider handset - the C3310, aimed directly at emerging markets. Because of this, the C3310 is essentially a no-frills device, but that’s besides the point. In terms of specifications, there really isn’t much to go by.

What is known, is that the C3310 supports Quad-band GSM connectivity, an on-board camera (probably VGA resolution), a MicroSD expansion slot, and, lastly, an integrated FM Radio. Pricing is currently not known, but, it should be available in China, and selected European markets soon.
