From a company that offers GPS-enabled media players and eDics, the iStation T3 is a non-navigation PMP with e-Dictionary functionality. It has a 4.3-inch touchscreen which is just delicious for a PMP and support for a ton of video and audio codecs inluding AVI, Divx, Xvid, OGG and Lossless audio.
