3GSM World Congress — Panasonic today announced the X800. Earlier this month MobileTracker noted that the FCC approved the Panasonic X800.

The X800 is a Symbian powered Series 60 device. Features include:

• QuickOffice - Read and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents as well as play PowerPoint slideshows.
• miniSD card slot
• Bluetooth
• VGA camera with video recording
• Main display: 176 x 208 pixels TFT LCD; 65k colors
• External display: 64 x 96 pixels CSTN LCD; 56k colors
• Under 18mm thick

Panasonic gave no estimated time to market.
