PalmSource (maker of the PalmOS used by such devices as the Treo 650) is expected to announce a major new licensee. According to interim CEO Patrick McVeigh, the company has signed a “tier 1″ manufacturer. Motorola, LG and Sony Ericsson are all possibilities, with LG being the leading guess.
