Nokia’s N-Gage Platform, Social Networking Site Go Live

Nokia's N-Gage PlatformNokia has finally begun making a beta version of its N-Gage gaming platform available to users of the N81 multimedia phone. The N81 is optimized to take advantage of N-Gage, which is why it is the first phone supported. N-Gage will eventually support other phones. N-Gage had been delayed twice due to software testing issues. Nokia also launched a new social networking site called Share On Ovi. The Share site takes advantage of technology Nokia acquired when it bought Twango. It will allow users to share photo and video content.
