Nokia Xpress audio messaging is a new technology announced today that allows users to send voice clips over-the-air. It’s compatible with MMS, but attempts to make sending messages much easier:

[Nokia Xpress audio messaging] enables consumers to personalize messages in a spontaneous and creative way. By using an especially designed new menu, an audio message can be recorded and sent with only a few clicks of a button.

The new audio messaging menu will be integrated in several Nokia handsets introduced in 2005.
