Nokia and software maker Pointsec today announced new software that allows enterprise customers to encrypt key data on Nokia Series 60 and Nokia Series 80 mobile phones. The software will first be available for Nokia’s 9500 Communicator sometime in the third quarter of this year. Data that can be protected includes email, SMS and MMS messages, calendar and contacts as well as memory card data.
