Nokia today introduced the 6060 at the Nokia Connection 2005 event. Unlike most Nokia phones, the Nokia 6060 is a flip phone. Nokia had said earlier that it had a new focus on introducing flip phones this year.

Feature wise the Nokia 6060 is aimed at entry-level users:

• Dual band GSM (GSM 900/1800 or GSM 850/1900)
• 128ื160 display
• MP3 ringtones

The Nokia 6060 has estimated retail price of 140 EUR before subsidies or taxes and is expected to begin shipping in the third quarter of 2005.
