In Singapore today, Nokia introduced the 3100 which is aimed at style-conscious mobile consumers. You know how people customize their phones to be wacky? The 3100 is just like that except it comes straight from the factory. The default case is glow in the dark, but it’s not all play–MMS, Java and an XHTML browser all make an appearance.
