As expected, Sprint has officially announced the Motorola Q. The Q had been an exclusive to Verizon Wireless since its launch in May 2006. Sprint will begin shipping to business channels the Q later in January and expects to have the device in retail channels starting in February.

The Motorola Q on Sprint has the same basic features as Verizon’s model:
