Nextel has launched the Motorola i275, an updated version of the Motorola i265. The update includes a camera, making the i265 the second camera phone from Nextel.

Features of the Motorola i275 include:

• 128 x 128 pixel 65K color screen
• VGA camera
• Java

Nextel is selling the Motorola i275 for $99.99 after rebates and with a new service agreement. Nextel also introduced the Motorola i605 and i355 today.
