“I’m not sure Moto should compete with the Apple iPhone at this point in time, but looking at the home screen of the Motorola Evoke QA4, it’s undeniable they want to take a piece of the iPhone market share, specifically that segment that needs navigation features on their phone. The Motorola Evoke QA4 has a sGPS/ aGPS chip inside a 2.8-inch touchscreen phone. The UI is iPhonesque, while the 2 MP camera doesn’t stray too far from iPhone territory either.

On the other hand, it’s a quadband CDMA phoe with EvDo. The Motorola Evoke should be available soon, though price hasn’t been announced.”
