LG announces in Korea that Verizon is shipping Voyager (LG-VX10000) and the Venus LG-VX8800) and attached a couple nice photos of two models presenting the interesting new phones for this Holiday shopping season.

The Voyager and the Venus are actually not shipping yet. Verizon Wireless is taking pre-orders now for the new LG phones.

The Voyager touchscreen smartphone is touted as an iPhone alternative, but a review last week by Gizmodo painted a not so good picture. Mostly the software of the Voyager seems to be an issue.
