Today Yahoo announced OnePlace, an addition to its Go! for Mobile services. OnePlace allows users to collect bookmarks and other content, such as news feeds and flight information, in one location. It works in tandem with OneSearch and OneConnect to customize content based on user location and other preferences. Users can choose the content that appears in OnePlace from either their PC or directly on their mobile phone. When users open OnePlace, which is an application that must be downloaded and installed on the phone, the content they have chosen will be current and up-to-date. OnePlace will be available in the second quarter.
