Microsoft has licensed Adobe’s Flash Lite and Reader software. The software will allow Windows Mobile users to view and interact with more web sites, including ones that support animation and video. Microsoft did not say when the software will be integrated into the mobile version of Internet Explorer. Microsoft does offer its own video-playing software, called Silverlight. The two firms did not disclose the financial details of the licensing agreement.
