Documents seen on the FCC site revealed a QWERTY-style Windows Mobile 6 Professional smartphone from TechFaith called the Perai-H. It features quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band 850/1900 3G radios. It also includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. According to the user manual, it has a 2.8-inch touch screen that supports landscape and portrait modes and a miniSD slot for expanded storage. There are two cameras on board, one is a standard 1.3 Megapixel fixed focus and the other is a user-facing camera, suggesting video calling capabilities. No carriers have announced this device, but it is compatible with AT&T’s 3G network.
