Customers in Raleigh, N.C., and Austin, Texas, will be able to sign contracts with Time Warner Cable and receive cable TV, digital phone service, broadband Internet and wireless phone service. Time Warner Cable will supply the first three services and is offering the wireless phone service through its partnership with Sprint Nextel, which will provide the phones and wireless network.
