NEC is teaming up with AT&T Wireless to bring the 515 High Definition Mobile handset to the states. It’s the world’s first quad-band GSM phone, and also includes goodies like a 64,000 color display and dual-processors. Look for it July 28th.

Note: High Definition Mobile is not the same thing as HDTV, even though NEC has a phone coming out that will be able to display HDTV signals.
