Documents spotted on the FCC site show off the Moto PEBL U3e, which appears to be an entry level version of the orginal PEBL. The styling of the quad-band GPRS/EDGE clamshell is slightly different with a flat back and a standard hinge. While it keeps the camera and external display, it loses Bluetooth. It also adds Push To Talk capabilities, complete with Push To View picture sending. The U3e comes with a mini-USB slot for loading files or syncing contacts databases. The FCC documents do not provide any information about the quality of the camera.
