Wired is running a story about the mobile phone’s impact on teenage society in the United States… Quite interesting:
“Being part of the “in” crowd for teens used to mean hanging out where the cool kids were — the mall, the house party, the rave. Now all they have to do is be within cell-phone range”
It’s just a hunch, but we suspect that most of our readers are not teens. They may feel the need to have a phone, but they still quite old enough to purchase a high-end model or care about what’s coming down the pipe. If you’re a teenager and read MobileTracker, let us know.
