A Southern California legislator is pushing for a ban on cell phones for drivers under 18. While it attempts to make the roads safer, this law sounds amazingly difficult to enforce. The first time someone gets pulled over and they turn out to be 18, there will be a lawsuit.

Ironically, the woman who introduced the bill was interviewed for this story while driving to an appointment.
