Hugh Panero, CEO of XM Satellite Radio, has gone on record stating that XM is currently in the process of carrier negotiations to get its radio content carried on mobile phone networks. On Monday the company announced it had surpassed the 4-million customer mark for its monthly subscription service. Besides satellite delievery, XM can be streamed online from a computer.
