Cingular Wireless will soon launch the Siemens X66. The X66 (AKA SX66) was first thought to be launched by AT&T Wireless, but the device didn’t ship before the merger.

Features of the Siemens X66 include:

• Windows Mobile OS
• VGA camera with video recording
• Wifi/Bluetooth/IR
• 240 x 320 pixel TFT with 65K colors
• Mini slide out keyboard
• MMC/SD cardslot

An exact launch date for the Siemens X66 is still unknown, but the phone was featured recently in a catalog sent out to select Cingular subscribers. Pricing information was not given.

Also promoted in the full color catalog are other unreleased phones: Sony Ericsson Z500, Sony Ericsson S710, and the Motorola A630.
