Cingular has launched the Pantech C3, a minor update to the C300 that was launched last Spring. The C3 keeps the small size of the C300 and according to Pantech still qualifies as the “smallest camera flip phone”.

Features of the Pantech C3 include:

• Small size, just 2.72″x1.69″x.8″ with a weight of 2.5oz
• VGA camera with flash
• Changeable color faceplates
• MP3 ringtones

Cingular Wireless is selling the C3 for $39.99 after a 2-year contract and a $20 mail-in rebate. It’s available now.
