Cingular Wireless today announced plans to sell the RAZRWIRE Bluetooth headset that is the combined effort of Motorola and Oakley. RAZRWIRE packages both high-end sunglasses and a Bluetooth headset into one package.

Cingular will begin selling the device in early August, the same time as both Motorola and Oakley. The list price is $294.99.

The Bluetooth headset module can be worn on the left or right ear, or removed entirely for use outside of the sun. Standby time is quoted at 100 hours.
