Samsung’s SCH-i700 has started shipping. The PocketPC OS powered phone looks pretty spiffy on the outside, but still packs some punch on the inside. It’s got an integrated digital camera, 64MB of ram (we assume that you can store photos on this memory unlike the name RAM connotates).
