Samsung has released three new camera phones, one of which uses the OLED technology we mentioned early this month.

* SGH-P400 - rotating color screen (not unlike some models of the Clié)
* SGH-P410 - two color screens, an internal LCD and external OLED
* SGH-V200 - Has a camera that rotates 180 degrees (for when you’re two lazy to flip your wrist).
