LG unveiled a new LG Viewty phone dubbed LG Viewty Smart LG-GC900.
The first LG Viewty got unveiled in 2007 at the IFA and impressed with a 5.1MP camera. The new LG Viewty Smart ups the ante with a 8MP camera, 3 inch touchscreen (800 x 480px resolution) with LG’s new 3D UI S-Class.
Camera features of the 12.4mm thin LG Viewty Smart include Intelligent Shot Camera features, LED Flash, 1600 ISO sensitivity, multi-face detection, and DVD-quality video support (D1 recording).
Other features of the LG Viewty Smart (II) are 7.2Mbps HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, geo-tagging (Geo-tagging), Bluetooth, USB 2.0 ,FM radio and 1.5GB internal memory.
The new LG Viewty camera phone will launch in Europe in May. Other regions to follow later this year.
