The Canada-based Puretracks, biggest digital music provider in North America and partner of Universal, Sony BMG, Warner d EMI, has unveiled its online music store for RIM’s BlackBerry smartphones. The service will offer tracks in AAC/AAC+ DRM-free formats. The company has teamed up with Magnet Mobile Media to create Puretracks Mobile Edition portal. You can access it from all BlackBerry Pearl, BlackBerry Curve and BlackBerry 8800 smartphones.

The company ran presentation of Puretracks Mobile Edition on March 12 and it will launch the full version at CTIA Wireless. This BlackBerry online store will be available in the US first and then in Canada and other countries.
