If you can live with one bad review, the Sony Ericsson T610 will cost you just $99. Amazon.com is selling the phone for $149.99 $299 (see this for explanation) and offering a $150 rebate. On top of that T-Mobile is offering a $50 rebate. Of course you need a new service contract to get the deal, but it’s the lowest price we’ve seen by far.
