Yahoo has launched advertising in its mobile search site. The search engine results pages (SERPs) were previously free of sponsored results. Users can click on the ads to view more information, including the ability to call the advertiser. MobileTracker couldn’t find any of the mobilized ads in use, but the program just launched in beta and features only a handful of advertisers. Yahoo is asking for participants to test out the program.
