Traffic.com announced new mobile versions of its real-time traffic information service. Traffic teamed up with Air2Web to create WAP and SMS versions of its update service:

Using push and pull messaging, drivers can receive traffic summaries and alerts of impending traffic delays, and may also request information about specific roadway conditions. Traffic.com will also send drivers a link to its WAP site that contains useful, real-time traffic information such as vehicle speeds, delay times, and roadway congestion levels.
