There is no shortage of copycat and counterfeit consumer electronics and Nokia is taking a stand. The Finnish company has filed suit againt two Chinese companies that it accuses of copying the Nokia 7260 design.

The lawsuit reflects the increasing frustration by Western companies with products that imitate theirs and take away market share as they seek to expand their own operations in China.

Nokia is seeking just $62,500 in damages.
