CBS is working on a new TV series that will be broadcast exclusively on mobile phones. The so called ‘mobisoap’ will feature new episodes seven days a week and they will range between three and five minutes each. No word yet on what carrier(s) this could debut on.

The sudser’s title and several concepts are still being kicked around; internally, the show is referred to as “Hey, It’s Me” (a play, of course, on how people usually launch into cell phone conversations).

FOX announced last year it was working on a mobile version of its 24 series.
